Electrical Engineer
Location: East Aurora NY (Onsite)

What Youll Do
Youll be a key player in a multidisciplinary engineering team contributing across the full product lifecycle from first spark to final flightready system. Your daytoday could include:
- Designing and simulating analog digital and mixedsignal circuits that power realworld aerospace applications
- Prototyping and testing hardware that goes from bench to aircraft
- Collaborating on proposals and design reviews with both internal teams and customers
- Leading EMI qualification testing including writing test plans and navigating DO160 and MILSTD461 standards
- Working handson with mechanical and manufacturing teams to bring designs to life with seamless integration
- Driving continuous improvement helping sustain and enhance existing products through smart engineering solutions
What You Bring
- BSEE or higher and 5 years of experience in a related role
- Strong background in analog circuit design and/or switching mode power supplies
- Familiarity with aerospace standards like DO160 or MILSTD461 is a big plus
- Skilled in troubleshooting testing and working handson with electronics
- Comfortable balancing independent work with strong teamwork and communication

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities however you may serve as a mentor for other technical staff within the organization.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Due to federal contract obligations you must be a US Person in accordance with ITAR.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job you may occasionally be required to stand walk sit use hands and or arms to pull handles and push buttons and reach objects. Requirements may also include climbing balancing stooping bending reaching kneeling crouching or crawling. You may need to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation
$70000 $120000/year
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check and applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment.
