About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with a strong track record in full lifecycle recruiting to help grow our engineering team. This role will be based in New York City or San Francisco. You will work closely with engineering and product leadership to strategically source engage and hire worldclass software engineers.

You should have 4 of experience in recruiting technical talent ideally both inhouse and agency roles. The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive and comfortable owning the entire recruiting processfrom outreach to offerwhile delivering a bestinclass candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive fullcycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and close.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract toptier talent in competitive markets.
  • Own and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate data in Greenhouse using metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Utilize tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively build and engage highquality talent pipelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader People team on headcount planning and onboarding.

What Were Looking For

  • 4 years of technical recruiting experience with a combination of agency and inhouse roles.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering roles functions and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in fastpaced highgrowth startup environments.
  • Handson experience with ATS and modern recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and Gem.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open roles while maintaining a highquality bar.
  • Clear persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindsetcomfortable using recruiting metrics to track progress and improve outcomes.
  • A proactive collaborative and flexible team player who thrives in ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring across both NYC and SF tech markets.
  • Familiarity with DEI strategies and inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Location

San Francisco or New York City (hybrid work environment)

This Base Compensation pay range applies to our New York City located staff and may differ according to location.
