How you will make an impact:
Meissner is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Marketing to help lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth and revenue in the pharma/biotech industry. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies overseeing campaigns evaluating automation technologies and managing a team to enhance brand awareness customer engagement and commercial success of our product portfolios and services. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with proven leadership skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing messages for diverse stakeholders across global markets.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team ensuring engagement collaboration and performance excellence.
- Manage a resultsdriven marketing team. Track and evaluate marketing KPIs using datadriven insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Develop and implement longterm marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing develop implement and optimize marketing strategies to align business goals.
- Partner with sales product management and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends customer insights and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
This is an onsite role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo CA.
The skills and experience youll need:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business Communications or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Datadriven mindset with experience using marketing analytics to optimize performance.
- Strong leadership project management and team collaboration skills.
- Experience with digital marketing SEO PPC and analytics and automation tools (Google Analytics/GA4 HubSpot Click Dimensions etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicants experience.
