FUNCTION & ROLE:
HOAMCO is hiringboth FullTime and PartTimepositions for Val Vista Lakes a master planned community located in Gilbert Arizona. This community consists of over 2000 homes with many luxurious amenities. As a Concierge youll enjoy helping our residents achieve a high standard of customer service. The Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents as well as administrative duties.

Excellent in person customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written)
Experience working in the Hospitality Industry and knowledge of Building Link is a plus
Customer Service experience required
Job Duties:
Providing administrative support
Maintaining welcome desk
Utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners facetoface
Manages package delivery system
Partners with the Onsite Community Manager to effectively manage the front welcome area

Function & Role:
Under general supervision of the Community Association Manager the Maintenance Technician maintains all facilities including but not limited to all mechanical systems equipment and property.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises maintenance staff and outside vendors or temps for all maintenance operations.
Qualifications:
Position involves standing and movement throughout the day. Must be able to transport oneself around the
property.
Position will alternate between working indoors in controlled climate and proper lighting to an outdoor
setting with variable climate and lighting.
Must be able to lift heavy load utilizing safe work methods.
Able to lift 75 pounds or more.
Valid state drivers license.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year maintenance experience.
Responsibilities and duties:
Supervise and coordinate all duties for maintenance staff.
Regularly access staff performance and report to Manager.
Schedule duties and assignments for staff. Asses future grounds needs and schedule accordingly up to
one year in advance.
Requirements:
Hold monthly staff safety meetings.
Assess and ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
Inspect all facilities and equipment on a daily basis for operations and any potential hazardous conditions
which may or may not exist.
Report any problems to manager immediately.
Generate work orders for all maintenance items.
Work on daily and weekly plan activities.
Assess urgency of work and recommend priority to manager.
Complete preventative maintenance on all equipment and document accordingly.
Keep maintain mark and secure Community Property (tools).
Reasonable availability for after hours emergencies.
Check and inspect all Community trails regularly
Maintain inventory of all supplies needed for the Community as approved by the Community budget.
Regular maintenance of facilities.
Determine materials needed for repair issues in advance and consolidates procurement time & travel.
Monitor all restroom facilities and supplies.
Maintain order and cleanliness of maintenance office supply shed and immediate yard area.
