Job Description

The Account Support Senior Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of relationships with specific key clients for Visa Money Movement Solutions. They ensure that clients are satisfied with the products or services they receive and work to improve upon any areas of dissatisfaction. Their duties typically include managing or assisting in the management of a portfolio of global accounts achieving high revenue targets building relationships and addressing and resolving any complaints and queries.

An Account Senior Manager has a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts addressing client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Understand clients business objectives and ensure our solutions align with their goals.
  • Presentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing progress results and strategic recommendations.
    • Develop detailed reports and dashboards to track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
    • Utilize data and insights to create informative and visually appealing materials that support decisionmaking.
  • Client Success Strategy:
    • Develop and implement client success plans that drive adoption retention and satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling products and services that benefit the client.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and address any issues that arise.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor client usage and performance metrics to proactively identify potential challenges and areas for improvement.
    • Conduct regular checkins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Collaboration:
    • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with technical marketing product and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client success.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • 57 years experience in sales customer service or a related role in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively be able to build relationships with clients negotiate contracts and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing detailed reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint) and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • A customercentric and growth mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Exceptionally good critical thinking skills are needed to address any issues that arise with client accounts.
  • The candidate must be initiativetaking detailoriented and organized. Candidate must be able to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiar with or eager to learn specific software or technologies e.g. CRM software.
  • A good understanding of the Visas money movement products or services would be beneficial.


Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 135200.00 to 196300.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
