What You Will Do:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth service and culinary excellence

  • Train mentor and manage backofhouse team members with a focus on performance and consistency

  • Ensure all menu items are executed with precision quality and presentation under the direction of the Executive Chef

  • Conduct daily preshift briefings and contribute to a positive communicative kitchen culture

  • Maintain strict standards for sanitation food safety prep storage and rotation

  • Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure cleanliness and readiness at all times

  • Identify areas for cost control operational efficiency and improved safety

  • Support special events seasonal promotions and local outreach efforts


What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a highvolume kitchen preferably in a coastal or seafoodfocused concept

  • Strong understanding of culinary operations food safety and team leadership

  • A handson collaborative leader who thrives under pressure and leads by example

  • A passion for quality ingredients wellexecuted dishes and coastal hospitality

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
