Job Description

Responsibilities

Peraton seeks a Cyber Program Analyst (Communications / Collaboration) to support Headquarters Department of the Army Location:

Tasks include:

  • Coordinate and interface with staff elements of OSD OUSD Joint Staff Army Secretariat HQDA ACOMs ASCCs DRUs and external organizations for all matters relating to nonkinetic sensitive and/or compartmentalized activities
  • Coordinate and collaborate within ARSTAF and other organizations regarding ACP objectives and to operationalize MDO tenets
  • Assist DAMOSO with Congressional and other higher authority responses regarding nonkinetic sensitive and/or compartmentalized activities
  • Follow all HQDA staffing processes using appropriate systems and channels

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider HS12 relevant year of experience
  • Must be familiar with HQDA processes and systems
  • Must have previously completed courses equivalent or relevant to (ILE Army War College or other)
  • Possess excellent writing editingand briefing skills and experience with word excel and project management
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet short suspense deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in EW/CEMA at the HQDA or equivalent level and above
  • Experience and knowledge of military documentation process JCIDS requirements analysis and PPBE
  • An indepth understanding of the structure functions and specific key personnel across OSD Joint Staff HQDA CCMDs TRADOC and the ASCCs including ARCYBER CCoE and other TRADOC CoEs
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI
