Our team values presence empathy and intentional engagementespecially during the summer months when learning through play reaches its peak!Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic flexible and compassionate Floating Summer Educator to support multiple classrooms during our summer program. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about early childhood development. For the right candidate this seasonal position could evolve into a permanent teaching opportunity in the Responsibilities:Support daily camp routines and activities in classrooms ranging from infants to preschoolersStep in where needed to assist lead teachers with supervision engagement and transitionsHelp create a safe joyful and stimulating environment for childrenModel respectful communication and guidance aligned with our values of empathy and relationshipbased careCommunicate effectively with fellow educators and supervisors regarding classroom needs and child developmentIdeal Candidate:Has experience working with young children (05 years old) in a licensed childcare or educational settingBrings flexibility reliability and a collaborative spiritDemonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstands the importance of childled exploration and presenceHolds or is pursuing ECE units a CDA or a degree in early childhood education (preferred but not required)CPR/First Aid certification is a plusWhy Join Us:A supportive growthoriented team cultureOpportunities for professional development and mentorshipA pathway to a yearround permanent teaching roleDaily opportunities to make a meaningful impact on children and families
