Job Description

Role Overview: Were looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our energetic and collaborative Client Services team. In this role youll play a vital part in ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience with our product by addressing their questions and resolving any issues they may encounter.


Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Provide timely friendly and efficient support to clients via our webbased helpdesk system.
  • Gather and analyze information troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions to enhance the client experience.
  • Schedule remote sessions with clients when needed to resolve more complex concerns.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and our technical team.
  • Share client feedback with the product team to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned.


What you bring:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • A clear and concise writing style.
  • Strong technical aptitude paired with problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • A basic understanding of finance and investing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems or a financial background is a plus.
  • A collaborative team spirit and a proactive attitude.
