Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Private Client Account Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of highnetworth personal lines business working closely with Producers to handle all aspects of client accounts. This role requires a strong knowledge of highnetworth carriers products and coverages as well as exceptional customer service skills to maintain high client retention.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $85000 $95000 (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

- Remote Hybrid or InOffice: Inoffice initially potential for hybrid arrangement in the future

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of highnetworth personal lines business
- Process endorsements address coverage and billing inquiries prepare proposals and renewal reviews issue policies quote new business and remarket as needed
- Foster strong relationships with insurance carriers and ensure comprehensive coverage for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high client retention and respond promptly to inquiries
- Collaborate with clients to align insurance programs with asset protection and liability needs
- Educate clients on loss prevention and guide them through claims processes
- Prepare and deliver new business proposals and renewal reviews
- Utilize carrier systems to quote or remarket policies
- Stay updated on personal insurance lines of business and work with various insurance carriers
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2 years of high net worth experience
- Arizona P&C Insurance Producer License
- California P&C Insurance Producer License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date
- Experience with Epic software
- Knowledge of personal insurance lines of business and insurance carriers
- Bachelors in Business or Finance preferred
