Capital Ones Global Mobility team owns the policy & process for all international transfers and assignees (AKA expats) across our footprint... from the US UK Canada and Mexico to the Philippines India and beyond.
In Global Mobility youll get to touch a little bit of everything HR: consulting immigration relocation payroll benefits recruiting compensation supplier management systems data finance you name it! This role is visible and customercentric and will give the right candidate an opportunity to develop valuable niche expertise.

An excellent communicator with authentic professional presence. This roles has the potential to be highly visible requiring extensive stakeholder and client management.
An independent patient and practical problem solver with good judgment. Global Mobility gets new questions everyday. Part of our value prop is helpfulness and ability to solve problems on the fly. This includes leveraging our growing network of SMEs for problems we cant solve ourselves or cant solve alone.
Intellectually curious and rigorous. Working in Global Mobility will give the right associate an opportunity to develop valuable niche expertise in international HR. The right candidate will be ready to get down in the weeds then come back out again to explain and document what theyve learned.

What Youll Do:
Manage international transfer cases endtoend working with associates and partner teams to deliver exceptional service
Facilitate meetings for teams in the UK Canada Philippines Mexico and India as well as with our various supplier partners to keep everyone in sync
Support development of customerfacing FAQs onepagers decks and Pulse pages
Execute and document several manual processes including offer letter creation payroll and invoice file submission and Workday keying; recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
Support research & development for Global Mobility systems transformation (Workday Salesforce)
Manage the Global Mobility inbox respond to associate inquiries
Manage the international transfer associate interest form
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or military experience
At least 1 year of experience in Project or Process Management
At least 1 year of client management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international customers clients or policies outside of the U.S.
Experience working with Workday and Salesforce systems
At least 2 years of experience in Project or Process Management Tax Payroll Immigration International HR or Global Mobility

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean VA: $86300 $98400 for Sr. HR AssociateCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
