Anaplan seeks a Recruiting Coordinatorto work with multiple partners including Talent Acquisition Recruiters HR Business Partners Centers of Excellence (CoE) in HR Business Leaders and employees to support Anaplans quest to be an employer of choice. Our new hire will work a hybrid schedule with two days/week in our York or London office.

Your Impact

  • Work with the recruiting team to schedule candidate interviews across the business using an interview scheduling tool
  • Manage the interview scheduling tool to ensure it is up to date and continued efforts for operational efficiency
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on recruiting efforts to attract the right talent
  • Liaise with internal partners to develop process efficiencies and create scalable and repeatable processes for a growth organization
  • Identify areas of improvement leading with an operational focus
  • Operate with integrity respect empathy and high personal standards around confidentiality continuously building personal credibility

Your Qualifications

  • Up to 1 year in HR/Peoplerelated roles in a fastgrowth/fastpaced environment
  • Independent selfstarter with an appetite for learning and working across multiple projects and programs
  • Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Passion for details and 100% data accuracy
  • Selfstarter comfortable with problemsolving judgment critical thinking and decisionmaking
  • Ambitious selflearner with the ability to learn on the fly
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to be agile/flexible and to prioritize and meet target dates as well as multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees/managers at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS (applicant tracking system)

Nice to Have

  • Technology software and SaaS industry experience
  • Private and Public Company experience
  • Workday Greenhouse GoodTime experience
  • PHR SPHR SHRMCP or SHRMSCP Certification
