Location: Norwich or London based

Salary: circa 50000 (Norwich) circa 60000 (London)

If you enjoy diving into financial data identifying cost drivers and finding ways to improve efficiency this role is perfect for you. Ideal for someone with experience in finance or claims management looking to take on more responsibility and influence business decisions. Youll be working closely with various teams so strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Please note that this is a fixedterm contract with an end date of 31st January 2026.

A bit about the job:

This role is crucial in shaping the performance agenda and providing the business with choices around optimising growth and profitability. Youll support the Head of Claims Finance by offering commercially focused effective and timely financial advice. Your responsibilities will include managing the claims expenses monthend/yearend process driving efficiency across Claims and preparing MI packs for performance reviews. Youll also manage the quarterly forecasting process and assist with adhoc expenses projects to improve processes and efficiency tracking. This role is vital in helping the business understand their financial management responsibilities and key value drivers.

Skills and experience were looking for:

• Good commercial awareness strong understanding of business profit drivers and financial modelling capability/experience
• Good at planning organising and making things happen
• Good at communicating complex issues in an easily understood manner
• Have previous financial management in a complex organization.
• Ability to influence wide range of stakeholders
