Key Account Manager UK(15 Month Maternity Cover)
In this role you will oversee key customers within our wholesale portfolio working not only with our own brand Fossil but also some exciting licence brands such as Armani Michael Kors Diesel etc. Your role will involve cultivating strong customer relationships collaborating closely with retail buying executives and devising effective business strategies to achieve sales and brand objectives. You will also be responsible for leading the field team who work with our independent market. If you possess expertise in sales and strong analytical negotiation leadership and communication skills we want to hear from you!

We have moved into a brand new office in the heart of Milton Keynes next to centre:MK and our global working policy is working 4 days in the office and 1 from home.
What Youll Do:
Develop and deliver the B2B retail accounts business plan across department stores independents and new business in line with Fossil strategic account management process
Manage budgets/forecasts and the P&L for assigned accounts
Ensure effective customer management to maximize growth and profit opportunities while fostering strong relationships
Conduct brand/product presentations for seasonal new releases and launch exclusivities in collaboration with merchants and the GTM team
Coordinate the annual retailer promotional/sales activities plan
Perform weekly sales analytics developing and maintaining reports to maximize sales opportunities and identify risks
Prepare and conduct internal/external business reviews and operational meetings
Lead the Customer Visual Executive field team to support and maximise our independent business channels
Who Were Looking For:
Highly effective written and verbal communicator
Proven ability in building and maintaining key customer relationships with experience in managing sales accounts (including negotiations)
Profound expertise in Stakeholder Management
Experience in developing strategic business plans and driving sales opportunities
Line management experience
Highly analytical
Strong negotiator with proven experience ideally formally trained
Languages: English
