Job Description

Overview

NaphCare is seeking an experienced and highly organizedCorporate Travel Administratorjust like you to join our team at the Corporate Office located inBirmingham AL.The Corporate Travel Administrator will oversee and coordinate all aspects of travel for our organization. This fulltime position plays a critical role in supporting the logistics of a fastpaced corrections healthcare company ensuring efficient compliant and costeffective travel arrangements for employees clinicians and contractors nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all company travel including air hotel ground transportation and travelrelated expenses.
  • Work directly with clinical staff executives and field personnel to book travel that aligns with business needs and schedules.
  • Monitor travel budgets and seek costeffective solutions while maintaining quality and comfort.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Negotiate with travel vendors and maintain relationships with travel agencies airlines and hotels.
  • Respond to lastminute travel changes cancellations or emergencies promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with HR Payroll and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and scheduling for traveling staff.
  • Develop and update the companys travel policy in accordance with operational needs and industry best practices.
  • Generate regular travel reports and analytics for leadership review.
  • Manage employees ADP time and attendance editing time as needed and ensuring worked hours are coded to appropriate site location.
  • Prepare and process staff profile forms to include expense reports and per diems stipend etc.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of domestic travel booking platforms procedures and costsaving practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management tools (e.g. Concur Egencia etc.).
  • Experience working in or with correctional healthcare is a plus.
