The Indiana University Foundation is seeking an exceptional people leader to serve as our inaugural Assistant Vice President Donor & Partner Engagement on the Advancement Services leadership team. Advancement Services is a highperforming department that excels in delivering support for Indiana University engagement activities through strong collaborative relationships with IU partners and by ensuring efficiency with clear processes defined roles and streamlined operations.
This newly created role offers the opportunity to build and lead a critical pillar within the Advancement Services teamPartner Engagementwhile also evaluating and perfecting our established Donor Engagement and Stewardship programs. The AVP will lead a talented team of 25 professionals dedicated to hightouch highimpact donor experiences and relationshipdriven stewardship. This leader is responsible for direct strategic planning operational best practices datainformed decisionmaking and creating centralized services that empower collaboration and drive results.
