Job Description
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to manage our commercial projects from point of sale to point of installation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedules site visits and safety meetings for Commercial Field Supervisor
- Manages all communication and follow ups to customers regarding site visits and safety meetings.
- Coordinate with Commercial Dispatch any site visits needed prior to installations.
- Utilizes Pipedrive and Service Fusion to document all activity and communication through the postsales process. This includes the shop drawing process along with all job site checks prior to installation.
- Proactively collaborate and communicate across departments and assist internal and external costumers as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous demands and works well under pressure.
- Ability to think fast and make decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to overcome objections solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
