Job Description

Job Title: Substitute Coordinator ECLC/EBL

Employment Status: Hourly PartTime NonExempt Remote

Reports to: Principal ECLC/EBL Campus


Job Summary:

The Substitute Coordinator is responsible for securing substitute teachers at the CHCA Early Childhood Learning Center and Edyth B. Lindner Campus. This includes maintaining a pool of qualified substitutes and scheduling substitutes as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure substitute teacher coverage for classroom teachers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for substitute teachers regarding schedule and job expectations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelors degree preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

MENTAL FUNCTIONS: While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to compare analyze communicate copy coordinate instruct compute synthesize evaluate use interpersonal skills compile and negotiate.
