Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a PAC3 Quality Manager to join the Missile and Weapons Systems team located in Huntsville AL! The Quality Manager will support 2nd shift operations for Patriot Advanced Capability 3 (PAC3) Program.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage employees performing quality tasks and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle
- Develop quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
- Acquires and manages resources provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners suppliers and direct reports
- Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility
- Manages develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- 3 years of experience analyzing nonconformance data and/or Nonconformance Management (NCM)
- Experience leading teams
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience performing quality tasks and technical activities
- Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA)
- Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning
