Your Impact
The Remote Sales Specialist will transform digital leads into loyal customers by engaging with individuals who have shown interest and requested more information. Through expert guidance education and personalized support they will inspire customers to take the next stepwhether booking an appointment or making a purchase. This role is ideal for a proactive resultsdriven professional who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

What to Expect
As a Remote Sales Specialist your core responsibilities include:
Engage with prospective customers who have shown interest in Next Healths services providing personalized support and education.
Guide leads through the sales process encouraging them to book appointments or make purchases.
Proactively manage inbound inquiries with exceptional service and tailored recommendations.
Handle leads from digital marketing campaigns ensuring a seamless transition from interest to action.
Educate potential customers on Next Healths services mission and value customizing conversations to align with their needs.
Execute strategic followups via phone text and email to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets contributing to company growth.
Maintain accurate records of lead activity and outcomes within the companys CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and enhance sales performance.
Stay informed on all Next Health services promotions and offerings to confidently address customer inquiries.
Utilize strong communication and persuasion skills to transform interest into commitment.
Demonstrate high accountability selfmotivation and effective time management in a remote work environment.

What You Will Bring
Were looking for someone who has:
2 years of sales experience in a remote or call center environment.
Proficient in CRM systems Excel and digital communication platforms.
Degree in Communications Business or a related field preferred but not required.
Strong communication and sales skills with a customerfirst approach.
Ability to thrive in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and professionalism.
Resultsdriven mindset with a proactive approach to lead conversion.
Previous experience in sales customer service or a related field is preferred.

Expected Compensation
