Job Description
Note: This is a hybrid role with some flexibility to work from home. Employees must be able to work onsite in Lake Mary FL.
Note: You must have at least 4 years of civil litigation experience and be licensed to practice law in Florida. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings motions discovery responses and other legal documents
- Represent clients in depositions court hearings and mediations
- Conduct legal research and analysis on federal and state issues
- Collaborate with partners and team members on litigation strategy and trial prep
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license
- 4 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fastpaced environment
- Teamoriented detailfocused and highly organized
