You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and versatile Administrative Assistant to provide highlevel support to both our Sales and Customer Service teams. This role requires a selfmotivated detailoriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable juggling multiple priorities producing polished documentation (such as business letters and PowerPoint presentations) and offering exceptional customer service.
In addition to administrative responsibilities this role also includes Customer Service Representative (CSR) functions making it an exciting wellrounded opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fastpaced environment.
Draft format and proofread business letters reports and technical documentation
Prepare and edit presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for client meetings or internal briefings
Schedule and coordinate meetings conference calls and team communications
Assist with data entry document tracking and filing systems
Maintain and organize shared drives and digital records
Support team members with research followup and project coordination
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or inperson in a timely and professional manner
Log track and resolve customer service issues using internal systems
Serve as a liaison between customers and the Sales/Tech teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of requests
Assist with processing customer orders tracking deliveries and updating customer records
Provide product or service information troubleshoot issues and escalate more complex problems as needed
