Job Description

The Senior HR Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across multiple functional areas including benefits administration leave programs HRIS data integrity compliance reporting and employee support. This role requires deep HR operational knowledge strong problemsolving skills excellent communication and a high degree of ownership. The Senior Specialist provides expertlevel support to employees managers and vendors drives continuous improvement in processes and serves as a trusted advisor and resource across the organization.

Employee & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as a lead liaison for employee and manager HRrelated inquiries resolving complex issues or escalating as appropriate.
  • Build credibility and trust through consistent followthrough transparency and professionalism.
  • Support a positive workplace culture by modeling integrity and inclusive practices.

Communication & Team Collaboration

  • Maintain and update HR resources templates and communication materials to reflect program and policy changes.
  • Present information clearly in written and verbal formats and contribute meaningfully to group meetings.
  • Foster effective crossfunctional communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Process & Operations

  • Own endtoend administration of benefits and leave of absence programs across the U.S. Canada and Mexico.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee data and records in HRIS and vendor platforms.
  • Participate in and support complex projects including system upgrades vendor implementations and policy rollouts.
  • Administer companysponsored programs
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experience in collaboration with other HR Team Members.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Assist with HR compliance reports including EEO1 OSHA Vets and AAP reporting.
  • Track and coordinate immigration paperwork and related documentation ensuring timely filing and compliance with applicable regulations.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Serve as the reporting lead for the HR Operations team delivering accurate and timely reports on benefits payroll leave and compliance.
  • Reconcile data across systems and vendors proactively resolving discrepancies.
  • Support leadership with ad hoc reporting and data insights to inform decisionmaking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR operations or shared services roles.
  • Indepth knowledge of benefits leave programs and HR compliance
  • Strong attention to detail organization and problemsolving ability.
  • High level of proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HRIS platforms Workday and ADP.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or French) are a plus.
  • Experience supporting multicountry operations (e.g. Canada and Mexico).
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. PHR SHRMCP SHRMSCP) preferred.
