Intermediate District 287 is looking for an experienced AdministrativeSupport to provide a wide range of administrative services with ourHuman Resources department!
Position Details:
- Reports To: Director of Human Resources
- Location: District Service Center in Plymouth MN
- Work Schedule: This is a full time 12 month position MondayFriday no weekends and no holidays
Pay Rate & Benefits:
- Salary follows SEIU Local 284 Salary Schedule Grade V: $24.95 $26.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsiblities
- Draft and edit professional correspondence reports documents (e.g. verifications of employment evaluations assignment notifications)
- Manage enter and interpret detailed data and workflows across multiple systems
- Provide guidance and firstlevel troubleshooting for district staff
- Organize and maintain personnel files
- Coordinate meetings schedules and budget tracking
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all administrative processes
- Use HRIS systems and district platforms for data entry reporting and communication

Requirements:
- Six (6) years administrative support in an office environment
- Strong computer skills and experience with business or school office systems
- Ability to manage priorities meet deadlines and work effectively with diverse teams
- Experience with Skyward or similar HRIS system is a plus
