Description
- Answering service callsfrom our customers.
- Communicating with 3rd party applications.
- Assisting in dispatchand filling in when needed.
- Reviewing technician work ordersfor accuracy.
- Communicating with customers technicians and staff.
- Prior HVAC/Service dispatch experienceis a plus.
- Ability to multitaskeffectively.
- Exceptional customer serviceand interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
- Ability to perform in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong computer skillsand experience with Microsoft Office.
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screenis required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
