Site Administrator
A Site Administrator needed in Boardman OR.

Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $78600 $119500 based on experience and/or license

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)
- Oversight of the daily operations of the childrens subacute/Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) for up to thirteen individuals ages 12 and below.
- Ensure compliance with care standards policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise train evaluate and support staff across CCS programs.
- Coordinate closely with Medical Director and Nursing Supervisor.
- Oversee scheduling timesheet verification and oncall coverage.
- Maintain client staff and program records; ensure timely documentation.
- Support crisis prevention seclusion and restraint practices when needed.
- Manage medications medical documentation and reporting requirements.
- Handle budgeting petty cash purchasing and insurance coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or masters degree in a health care related field
- Supervisory/Management experience required
