Position Criteria:
- High School Education or equivalent
- 45 years custodial management experience
- Proven ability to train custodians on chemicals and machinery
- Proven knowledge of custodial equipment
Performance Criteria:
- Supervision of custodial staff:
- Approve time in/out
- Approve/deny vacation sick personal leave
- Ensure runs are being completed in accordance with run card
- Ensure custodians have the necessary equipment and supplies for their roles and that all concerns are being addressed.
- Assign substitute custodians
- Deliver Supplies Needed for Buildings
- Work with HR Manager to discipline Employees Verbal/Written
- Manage Setup of Events with Custodians and Athletics Department and Community Education (day and night custodial supervisors)
- Check custodial maintenance ticketing system for work orders routed by Custodial Manager direct the request manually to appropriate custodian follow up on completion of work order and submit when complete. Review facility scheduling system for upcoming events
