Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Perform regular administrative task and overall office organization
• Welcomes and directs visitors and clients
• Responds to and resolves administrative inquires and questions
• Answer incoming calls reroute calls to appropriate people
• Manage document preparation record keeping and filing
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Office management duties may include coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Perform data entry
• Basic mathematic skills to accurately balance cash drawer and process payment on customer account

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year administrative support experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of electrical supply given preference
• Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and Power Point
• Proven positive and professional attitude and strong customer service skills
• Work independently as well as a team
