Job Description

Were hiring a fulltime real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. Youll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our highperformance standards has the necessary qualifications and is a good culture fit for the team.   • Proactively make daily outbound calls to licensed real estate professionals across the Carolinas using provided lead lists and selfsourced contacts.
  • Engage experienced agents through calls emails and other outreach methods to promote career opportunities with RE/MAX Executive.
  • Identify qualified candidates based on experience production history market presence and alignment with our company culture.
  • Build rapport quickly uncover agents goals or frustrations and present RE/MAX Executive as the ideal next step in their careers.
  • Set up highquality interviews for our leadership team with agents who are a strong fit for our offices and team culture.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach candidate status and followup activity; provide daily updates on appointments and progress.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced highvolume environment focused on outbound communication consistent followup and results.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure a smooth handoff and an excellent experience for every candidate throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proven success in cold calling sales recruiting or other highconversion communication roles.
  • Track record of consistently setting appointments through outbound calls.
  • Exceptional verbal communication listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident charismatic and persuasive on the phone with the ability to overcome objections professionally.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outreach.
  • Prior experience in real estate recruiting or sales is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry trends key players and the competitive landscape is preferred.
