You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for an ICT Customer Support Officer to join the team at our awardwinning Aged Facility Karingal Green providing ICT support to both our employees and residents. We are looking for a frontfacing IT expert who isnt afraid to provide the most basic IT support to vulnerable people in our aged care home. In this role you will also support two nearby smaller facilities with any IT issues.
About the role
Reporting to the CIO you will be providing support education and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of computer infrastructure and the diagnosis and resolution of technical problems and issues. Youll ensure efficient customer service assistance for ICT related services including computer and related peripherals applications and developments. Your daytoday responsibilities will include:
