ROLE SUMMARY

Today Pfizer Oncology has an industryleading pipeline that includes the combined legacy Pfizer and Seagen portfolio across breast genitourinary (GU) hematologyoncology and Precision Medicine areas.
PADCEV is the priority brand in the GU Portfolio with significant growth potential given the recent launch (US) and ongoing approvals (Globally) of its first line locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma (la/mUC) indication in combination with pembrolizumab that is rapidly becoming the new standard of care. It also has an interesting lifecycle opportunity with upcoming potential launches in Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (MIBC). PADCEV is commercialized in a copromote partnership with Astellas.
This role will support the growth of PADCEVs la/mUC indication which is the largest indication representing 80% of the brands long range forecast through various responsibilities including: leading the global strategy for our 1L la/mUC indication identifying initiatives to grow market share in the US and across all key exUS markets (EU5 Canada and LATAM) supporting postreimbursement la/mUC launches in Pfizer territories and advancing several key copromote efforts with Astellas.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development of key strategic initiatives for the la/mUC indication working closely with US and exUS colleagues crossfunctional partners in Medical GAV BAI and our Astellas counterparts
Lead the development and rollout of a market share maximization strategy to achieve 60% in all key markets
Partner with team lead and Astellas team on copromote governance deliverables like the annual integrated Global Brand Plan (iGBP)
Support PADCEV pembrolizumab 1L la/mUC data generation efforts and lead the development of data dissemination plans
Engagement and partnership with key Pfizerled markets (Canada and LATAM)
Contribute to the annual Global Operating Plan and Tactical Plan
XF and copromote leadership and change agent supporting the integration and collaboration of legacy Pfizer and legacy Seagen teams
Conducts all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with Company policies & SOPs Pfizer values & global regulatory guidelines
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree
8 years commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Proven business acumen and brand management expertise
Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
Robust planning skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Ability to work independently across senior level stakeholders and demonstrates judgement of what needs to be escalated
Selfstarter comfortable with ambiguity
Solid understanding of todays Global and US pharmaceutical environment incl. Regulatory Legal and Compliance
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
