Our Company is seeking: An experienced and highly motivated Floating Apartment Maintenance Technician for our properties in our MetroAtlanta area.

Job Description Summary
The Floating Maintenance Technician will travel to a single property per day to complete work orders prepare apartments for move in perform preventative maintenance property upkeep and repairs.
Performs routine maintenance in individual apartments common areas and amenity areas. Prepares vacant units for new moveins. Performs routine preventive maintenance. Assists in various cleaning functions and assists in monitoring the grounds. Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance in individual apartments common areas and amenity areas.
- Prepare vacant units for new moveins which may include the maintenance of the unit painting cleaning HVAC maintenance/repairs and carpet cleaning.
- Complete work orders and help to monitor and maintain the grounds.
- Respond to OnCall Emergency in a timely manner.
- Maintains and repairs buildings: areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: electrical plumbing carpentry HVAC landscaping painting cleaning appliances pools utilities elevators fencing/gates and fire systems.
- Assists with moving furniture appliances loading unloading and storing supplies.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalency and a minimum of 12 years direct experience as Make Ready or Maintenance Technician for an apartment community.
- EPA I or II Universal or HVAC certified is required.
- CPO Certification is a plus and experience maintaining pools is required
- Thorough understanding of electrical plumbing HVAC systems carpentry landscaping painting cleaning appliances utilities elevators fencing/gates and fire systems.
- Experience with Onesite Yardi or other property management software is a plus
- Must be able to local travel up to 80% of the time.
