The Last Mile Tech team is building the next generation of products and services that will fuel future growth of Amazons Last Mile Delivery capability. Our team is driving innovations in developing and integrating new technology platforms (Robotics EVs etc.) and supporting international expansion at massive scale. Our Team
At Amazon the Last Mile Technology group is responsible for envisioning and developing cutting edge complex initiatives in delivering packages to our customers as fast and as cost effectively as possible. We own the software that enables global package delivery for parcels ultrafast delivery and Groceries.

The role
Our team is seeking a proven Sr. Manager of Technical Program Managers with a strong product and technology focus to lead our multidisciplinary programs in Last Mile PRISM (Program Risk Integration and Strategic Management) team and build robust scalable solution across several VP organizations spanning Routing Geospatial tech Amazon Flex Amazon DSP Payments Legal PR Under the roof Tech and Transporter experience. The Seattle based role will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Product and Program managers and the development and deployment of global products at Amazons scale. The candidate will collaborate closely with software and hardware engineering research science field operations supply chain and safety legal and finance. The candidate will execute on the existing product strategy and think big to innovate for better customer experience. The candidate must be able hire and develop Senior TPMs and clearly communicate tradeoffs between costs resources risks and timelines to senior leadership.




Bachelors / Masters degree in a technical discipline (EE Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering etc).
10 years of work experience in technical program/product management
3 years people management experience.
Ability to work with engineering community at all levels of the organization to gain consensus on technical decisions around ideas that are both transformational and disruptive.
Strong product development background with experience in software development cycle and in managing and delivering large complex crossfunctional programs.
Clear verbal and written communication skills with both engineering teams and with senior leadership/executive level.
Some travel may be required.

Independent and entrepreneurial showing the ability to work with minimal direction.
Experience developing and deploying autonomous solutions.
Delivery of at least two products throughout the full lifecycle from concept through deployment.
Handson experience with Agile development methodologies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $175200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $302900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
