What youll do

The Enterprise Transformation team drives large scale transformation from start to finish and serves as a connector across the organization to ensure realization of intended business outcomes. As part of companylevel Portfolio planning we drive our companys top priorities through project intake and assessment portfolio planning prioritization and performance reporting. We then align partners on program governance roadmaps project plans scope and delivery across impacted groups. And to ensure adoption and implement strategic change communication and enablement strategies to drive behavioral change and adoption of new processes policies technologies and ways of working. This role will be focussed on leading and managing transformation initiatives focused on improving Commerce for Sales led and Digital (.com) policy processes systems and data in partnership with sales marketing and customer success teams.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President Enterprise Transformation and Program Office.

Responsibility

  • Lead by example fostering a team culture that values collaboration and facilitates personal and professional growth
  • Lead and run transformation initiatives focused on improving Commerce for Sales led and Digital i.e. self service (.com) routes to market including policy processes systems and data in partnership with sales marketing and customer success teams
  • Align transformation programs with bold goals to boost renewals growth and new GTM motions
  • Present to top leadership build consensus and confidently drive decisions about solutions policies and procedures that shape the future
  • Rally crossfunctional teams to deliver strategic transformations that create real impact aligned to organizational strategy
  • Be a trusted advisor to Commerce partners and lead efforts to transform attitudes and guide collaborators through the transformation journey for Sales Partner and Digital commerce
  • Lead by example and foster collaboration growth and an atmosphere of excellence
  • Drive endtoend commerce transformation focusing on modernizing processes such as QuotetoCash (QTC) OrdertoFulfillment and BillingtoRevenue to enhance customer experience and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Drive transformation company readiness and improvements for Digital Direct and Partner led Commerce workflows including Onboarding/adoption and Enablement Workflow engagement and Order Management workflow Configure to Quote Support and Services workflow
  • Define and drive CPQ/Commerce roadmap program execution and facilitate program activities to modernize the CPQ platforms and standardize CPQ services to allow faster time to market operational efficiencies and zero touch transactions for new offers trials and features
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align Commerce and Self Service transformation initiatives with overarching business goals and strategic objectives
  • Lead and implement transformation initiatives within service operations to optimize processes enhance both internal and external customer experiences and drive efficiency across service delivery models
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement innovative solutions that align with business objectives and improve service outcomes
  • Leverage PMO tools and methodologies to implement and manage scope timelines risks and resources
  • Facilitate timely and accurate executive communication to broad audiences
  • Liaise between executives and operational teams to drive alignment and clarity
  • Manage across regions and cultures ensuring global alignment to achieve outcomes
  • Implement mechanisms for continuous feedback and improvement
  • Build frameworks for tracking and reporting business performance driving datainformed decisions
  • Lead the evolution of systems and processes to support company growth and prepare for the next stage of maturity
  • Drive initiatives with an outsidein approach prioritizing exceptional user experiences

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between inoffice and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly inoffice expectation)

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring

Basic

  • 15 years of relevant experience in Commerce (CPQ) processes and systems (e.g. Apttus/Conga Zuora Salesforce CPQ)
  • Bachelors degree
  • Background in Partner led Commerce motion
  • 10 years of strong project management experience with a history of driving cross functional programs at enterprise level
  • Experience in B2B B2C or hybrid sales commerce journeys
  • Prior experience working within Commerce and GTM functions in a SaaS environment

Preferred

  • Experience partnering with multiple collaborators building relationships across the organization
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Energetic methodical problem solver with the ability to implement complex programs
  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP Agile)
  • MBA Master of Science in Information Management Masters in Data Science
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies including sales enablement customer acquisition and retention
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex crossfunctional transformation programs
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate high level strategy goals into tactical plans for execution teams

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.

Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $202800.00 $327625.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $193100.00 $272750.00 base salary

Washington New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $193100.00 $286500.00 base salary

Washington DC: $202800.00 $286500.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of preestablished sales goals. NonSales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
