Job Description

Adelphi is seeking School Psychologists to provide services to students at a school district in Providence Rhode Island. The ideal candidates will provide a full range of psychological services to students within the school district in accordance with established standards of care.

Requirements:

Masters or Ph.D degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution

Valid School Psychologist certification issued by the Rhode Island Department of Education

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological evaluations and prepare written reports.

Develop and support academic and behavioral interventions.

Provide individual and group mental health services.

Participate in crisis intervention and functional behavioral assessments.

Serve on the Team of Qualified Professionals and IEP teams.

Interpret outside assessments (e.g. neuropsychological).

Provide services in compliance with established guidelines and standards of care.

Any other duties as assigned.
