This is a remote position.
At this time we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who could provide general administrative support.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle a variety of daytoday administrative tasks to support business operations
Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Manage phone calls and email correspondence and coordinate the flow of information
Ensure clients receive accurate prompt and professional responses to their inquiries
Prepare and process invoices corporate credit card expenses and cheque requisitions
Assemble data and reports and maintain company records
Manage inventory of office supplies purchase supplies when necessary
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of secondary school
Strong communication and timemanagement skills
High attention to detail
Advanced skills in MS Office
Fluent English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
