Licensed Insurance Customer Care Agent
Elite Insurance Partners is seeking a fulltime Customer Care Agent to support our current clients by resolving policy concerns and identifying potential gaps in coverage. Whether youre new to the insurance industry or a seasoned agent looking for a company that truly values its team we invite you to consider a career with us.
What Youll Do:
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Care Agent youll arrive each day ready to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Youll:
- Answer inbound calls and assist clients with questions coverage concerns and policy updates.
- Proactively identify gaps in existing Medicare and Life Insurance coverage and recommend ancillary policies that align with client needs.
- Conduct outbound existing client outreach campaigns to ensure clients have the best available rates and coverage.
- Build longterm relationships with clients through excellent service education and followthrough.
- Maintain accurate client records and notes using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with teammates in our fastpaced supportive office environment.
What You Bring:
Required:
- Active Florida 215 Life Health and Variable Annuity License (or equivalent).
- Experience using CRM systems to manage client communications.
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa office.
Preferred:
- 1 years of experience in Medicare Life insurance or customer service.
- Confidence in discussing additional product offerings and making sales recommendations.
