Your focus will be on providing administrative support to our customer success teams. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and updating sales orders in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. You will also be responsible for managing lowrisk orders of select product types and responding to general customer service inquiries via phone and email.

Experience & Education:
Prior experience in administrative or order entry is helpful. We value skills and experience but were also willing to invest in training a select number of promising earlycareer candidates with the right combination of drive and ambition.
Advancement Opportunities:
This is an entrylevel position. Based on your performance you may eventually become eligible (generally after 912 months) for promotion to account manager or other opportunities within customer success.
Pay: Starting range with bonus: $64.4k $69.6k Plus up to $1k/month wellness stipend and other benefits.
