Stanley Chevrolet and Stanley Subaru are two familyowned dealerships committed to providing exceptional service and honest automotive care to our communities in Midcoast and Downeast Maine. We are looking for a detailoriented proactive Warranty Administrator to support our growing service departments by ensuring accurate efficient and timely processing of warranty claims across both locations.
Accurately prepare submit and track manufacturer warranty claims for Chevrolet (GM) and Subaru
Monitor claim status and address denials or chargebacks promptly
Maintain uptodate knowledge of GM and Subaru warranty policies and bulletins
Reconcile warranty receivables and assist with monthend reporting
Coordinate with Service Advisors Technicians and Parts to ensure proper documentation and authorization
Ensure compliance with OEM and dealership guidelines for warranty submissions
Travel between both dealership locations as needed
Previous experience in warranty administration in an automotive dealership preferred
Strong understanding of GM and/or Subaru warranty platforms (e.g. GlobalConnect Subarunet) a plus
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with DMS platforms such as CDK Reynolds & Reynolds Autosoft or Tekion
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
