Are you a seasoned and highly skilled PreLitigation Personal Injury Attorney looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact Our thriving legal team is seeking a driven individual with a proven record of success in navigating complex personal injury cases. Youll leverage your exceptional legal expertise to provide strategic counsel and support to clients during a critical time in their lives.


In this pivotal role youll take the lead on prelitigation cases guiding and mentoring our talented case managers and directly contributing to the continued success and growth of our firm. Were looking for someone with at least 5 years of plaintiffside personal injury experience as an attorney who is ready to hit the ground running!

  • Supervise prelitigation case managers and ensure that they are successfully advancing the firms cases.
  • Conduct a thorough examination of demand letters to verify the inclusion of all relevant details and ensure that the requested compensation is commensurate with the case.
  • Utilize highly effective negotiating skills to recover the maximum compensation possible for each prelitigation case.
  • Ability to work with Litigation Attorneys to best serve the clients needs and grow the client base.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience as an attorney.
  • Possesses exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Supervisory experience is required.
