Position Overview
EELA is seeking a dynamic and passionate Teacher for our 3yearold classroom. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic patient and deeply committed to creating a warm engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports the growth of the whole child.
Qualifications
- CDA or Associates in Early Childhood Education or related field (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschoolaged children preferably 3yearolds.
- Knowledge of child development and ageappropriate practices.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
- Current CPR/First Aid background check and TB test (or willingness to obtain).
- Passionate energetic and committed to continuous growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement lesson plans aligned with Ohios Early Learning Standards and EELAs philosophy.
- Foster a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support childrens cognitive emotional social and physical development through playbased and structured activities.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and classroom happenings.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance incidents and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with coteachers assistants and administrators to support classroom goals.
- Uphold licensing safety and EELAs quality assurance standards.
