Job Title: Director of High SchoolReports To: Senior Director of Academic AffairsPosition Type: FullTime ExemptLocation: Notre Dame Academy Worcester MAAbout NDA:Our philosophy of education at Notre Dame Academy a college preparatory school for young women grades 712 is built on the belief that education should prepare students for their role as women in the world. In order to learn to make responsible choices our students have the freedom to learn in a school dedicated to high academic standards and to involve themselves in the community both utilizing its resources and serving its Overview:The Head of High School is a faithfilled visionary leader responsible for guiding the spiritual academic and personal development of students in grades 912. Rooted in the schools Catholic mission this role oversees all aspects of the High School experienceensuring a rigorous college preparatory program cultivating a holistic learning community and developing student leaders equipped to impact the world with wisdom compassion and courage. The Head of High School is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and a collaborative partner in advancing the overall vision of the school.
