Broadway Ford Truck Sales is seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced Service Technician to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for an A or Blevel technician looking for a stable wellequipped shop with a strong customer base and steady workflow. Youll be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with a focus on quality efficiency and customer satisfaction. We work on light and medium duty trucks. Service TechnicianResponsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair various automotive systems including engine transmission electrical brakes suspensionHVAC and more

  • Perform thorough inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns

  • Accurately document work performed and parts used in dealership systems

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors about findings estimates and repair timelines

  • Complete warranty and customerpay repairs to manufacturer specifications

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge through Ford certification programs and technical bulletins

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean professional work area

  • Support less experienced technicians and foster a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Certifications:ASE certifications and/or Ford factory training preferred

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of diagnostic tools service software and repair procedures

  • Work Ethic: Dependable detailoriented and committed to quality workmanship

  • Communication: Able to communicate clearly with both teammates and customers

  • Team Player: Willing to collaborate and assist with shopwide goals

  • License: Valid drivers license with clean driving record

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
