Job Description
Broadway Ford Truck Sales is seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced Service Technician to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for an A or Blevel technician looking for a stable wellequipped shop with a strong customer base and steady workflow. Youll be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with a focus on quality efficiency and customer satisfaction. We work on light and medium duty trucks. If you need additional training on the job we can provide that as well. Come and join the best of the best.

Service TechnicianResponsibilities:
Diagnose and repair various automotive systems including engine transmission electrical brakes suspensionHVAC and more
Perform thorough inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns
Accurately document work performed and parts used in dealership systems
Communicate clearly with service advisors about findings estimates and repair timelines
Complete warranty and customerpay repairs to manufacturer specifications
Maintain uptodate knowledge through Ford certification programs and technical bulletins
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean professional work area
Support less experienced technicians and foster a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Experience: 2 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Certifications:ASE certifications and/or Ford factory training preferred
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of diagnostic tools service software and repair procedures
Work Ethic: Dependable detailoriented and committed to quality workmanship
Communication: Able to communicate clearly with both teammates and customers
Team Player: Willing to collaborate and assist with shopwide goals
License: Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
