Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity Denver Suburb
We are seeking two experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons to join a thriving hospitalemployed practice in a vibrant university community just outside Denver. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an awardwinning health system and a wellestablished cardiovascular team committed to excellence in patient care.
Position Highlights:
- Join an integrated team of 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons and 3 CT Surgical PAs
- Collaborate with a robust group of 12 physicians and 10 Cardiology APPs
- 1:4 call schedule offering worklife balance
- Practice located in a highly desirable Denver suburb offering easy access to city amenities and outdoor recreation
- Universityaffiliated academically enriched environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery experience required
- Strong clinical skills with commitment to highquality patientcentered care
Compensation & Benefits:
- Negotiable starting salary based on experience
- Signing bonus and production bonuses
- Annual quality bonus equal to 10% of base salary
