We are looking for a Digital Program Manager to support futureproofing the digital supply chain; taking a holistic approach to Spec and publishing requirements for Prime Video with Prime Video builders studios delivery partners and the industry. This individual will help us shape the future of our digital supply chain architecture with a passion to innovate and tackle complex problems. As a Digital Program Manager you will be responsible for owning programs that drive innovation and efficiency to enhance the global customer experience; driving across crossfunction teams defining and distributing new workflows and partner with product and technology teams to define business requirements. The successful candidate should have experience with Movie and TV content digital delivery standards formats spec and the capacity to acquire new technology concepts quickly.

Key job responsibilities
Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program
Define program value propositions advantages and limitations
Be the liaison between various technical business and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
Own and support global crossteam coordination project management and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement
Identify and investigate data to isolate issues develop solutions and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience
Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps
Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fastpaced and highly ambiguous work environment

About the team
Our mission is to make available to Prime Video customers the largest and highest quality and most enriched catalog of video content anywhere in the world. We aim to create a frictionfree selfservice delivery experience that meets the needs of all studio partners regardless of size budget location language or technical capability. By doing so we remove distribution limitations and level the playing field across studios so every title is available to every customer worldwide and the best content wins.


5 years of relevant experience working with large global organizations as a Digital Supply Chain Manager or similar roles such as Program Manager Vendor Management Instock Management etc.
Deep technical ability familiarity with industry digital delivery standards specifications and delivery formats with the capacity to acquire new technology concepts quickly
Experience managing endtoend projects across crossfunctional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience delivering programs of medium to high complexity and coordinating the development cycle
Knowledge and familiarity with DAM (digital asset management) systems and familiar with digital video file formats including but not limited to the following: digital master files Mezz (Mezzanine) files and compressed deliverables
Be a collaborative leader capable of driving internal & external stakeholders to consensus while balancing product/technology needs with longer term relationship objectives
Experience managing analyzing presenting and communicating relevant results to senior management
Bachelors Degree or 4 years of relevant experience

Deep understanding and familiarity of componentized based packages such as MDDF (MovieLabs Digital Distribution Framework) including identification of content using EIDR (Entertainment ID Registry) delivery of content metadata using MEC (Media Entertainment Core Metadata) and MMC (Media Manifest Core) and delivery of availability metadata using EMA Avails
Demonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally with engineering design and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services
Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required
Be selfdriven and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
Must be able to think creatively deal with ambiguity and manage changing and competing priorities
Effective verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $154600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
