The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of Healthcare facilities ensuring both technical precision and creative excellence. This role involves overseeing project development from conceptual design through to project completion while ensuring alignment with sustainable design practices and educational needs.
This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in Wisconsin or Illinois if you have licensure and 10 years experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Architect healthcare facilities required
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit
- Proven ability to manage all architectural aspects of a project including client communication design and coordination with consultants and contractors
- Experience in sustainable design practices (LEED accreditation strongly preferred)
- Strong problemsolving leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with construction documents codes and regulatory requirements
