We are looking to hire a K12 Superintendent with experience building schools and successfully working w/ various school districts in DFW.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in K12 Higher Ed or Municipal construction
- Managed crews of ten (10) or more tradesmen
- Managed all subcontractors on a single project.
- Organize site project progress meetings compile meeting minutes and perform preconstruction meetings.
- OSHA 30 hour First Aid/CPR
- Ability to perform layout with use of construction survey equipment is a plus.
- Understanding of plans specifications and construction documents
- Strong work ethic decisive ambitious with an unwavering commitment to quality
- High level of motivation integrity and commitment to team and customer
- Resultsorientated with proven ability to organize plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Ability to provide leadership field personal and subcontractors
- Ability to manage owner expectations
