Job Description
IT Business Analyst Manager
As a part of the Sales & Marketing Technology Team in Nuveen this role reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing Technology IT Business Analyst Manager Asset Management (Sales & Marketing). The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage the analysis of business and information needs to design optimal systems solutions. This job provides information technology support to business systems analyzes processes and assists in problem resolution and report development. The IT Business Systems Analyst engages in complex information technology challenges and recommends configurations to accomplish organizational goals. This will be instrumental in building applying and expanding our capabilities in supporting our US Wealth Institutional and Marketing business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provides consultative services to the information technology department and achieves business objectives through department feedback and team collaboration.
Acts as the information technology liaison between business units and technical teams and ensures delivery of timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs.
Leverages a deep understanding of system behavior and determines best analytical approaches for a variety of complex information technology topics.
Conducts information technology reviews and assists in the purchasing of new software for business operations.
Performs complex information technology system analysis and develops business and functional specifications based on department requirements.
Manages team performance through regular timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement motivation and team development.
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

- 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred

Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Asset Management industry
- 5 years of experience in analyzing business requirements working with large data sets developing and implementing solutions.
- 5 years of experience working with Salesforce and BI Dashboards
- Experience Managing Global Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 Years of experience in Asset Management industry
- 10 years of experience in analyzing business requirements working with large data sets developing and implementing solutions.
- Experience in Data Domain Knowledge with Salesforce Sales teams.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders across departments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and lead a team in a dynamic environment.
- Indepth knowledge of data governance data quality and data integration.
- Experience working with Broadridge or SalesPage sales reporting platform.
Anticipated Posting End Date:
Base Pay Range: $126800/yr $207800/yrActual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location. In addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs nonannual sales incentive plans or other nonannual incentive plans).
