Job Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance Laborer Lead is responsible for ensuring an attractive safe comfortable and wellmaintained environment for all guests and team members. This positions starting wage is $18.
Essential Functions:
- Develops maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/ external guest service by all team members
- Able to lead team members during their shift
- Has the ability to check HVAC equipment using the BMS
- Trains personnel in some aspects of their position
- Gardening and cleaning where appropriate
- Changing of light bulbs
- Snow removal
- Painting throughout the facility
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory departmental and company policies and procedures
- Respond to maintenance calls during the shift
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Read write speak and understand English
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
- Good knowledge of hand and power tools
- Always maintain a pleasant friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events
- Able to work flexible shifts

Environmental Working Conditions:
The work environment contains bright lights loud noise and stressful situations.
Casino environment hotel lobby back of the house and outside facilities grounds.
