What Youll Do
- Represents Director and organization on a variety of business and administrative matters
- Recommends interprets and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures
- Reports directly to the SeniorDirector assisting in the smooth operation of the division business functions
- Performs a wide variety of duties as required by daily operations
- Works directly with the division leadership team and project team members
- Receives screens and redirects incoming communications as appropriate and identifies items requiring priority attention
- Independently responds to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature
- Ensures work is completed in a timely professional manner with attention to details
- Works with administrative staff to arrange meetings events and programs as directed
- Manages special projects as directed
- Researches and writes first draft reports on routine administrative matters
- May prepare budgeting project scheduling and statistical reports as required
- Reviews status of projects and develops administrative mechanisms for monitoring project progress to meet productivity quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives
- Assists in selection of administrative personnel

Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- OR Associates degree: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Typical experience ranging from 7 to 10 years
Preferred Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business office administration or related field with a minimum of 5 years increasingly responsible administrative/office management work experience preferred
- Experience in SAP applications (YBuy APlus Travel etc.) is preferred
- Requires knowledge of administrative and general office management practices and excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to research complex issues organize multiple sources of data develop a plan and communicate effectively
- Requires a high level of trust integrity and a customer service mindset
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook)
